Take bookings from your own sources

Bookings can be self registrations, made by you or taken by our Customer Services Team

Take payment for courses by cheque, credit/debit card and PayPal without your own merchant account

Benefit from automated credit control follow up without the work!

Generate cancellations, complete with credit notes

Learn about ‘risky’ delegates e.g. non-payers (Black listing information) and make booking declines

Set discounts and promotions

The service is seamless from the delegate end too:

All system registered delegates can book on without re-filling their details for each new event

They receive an automated booking confirmation

Invoicing is generated & sent automatically, respecting your VAT status too

Joining Instructions will be sent to all delegate via email once the speaker, venue and any additional information has been uploaded into the system through the provider account for that event.

Delegates can amend their details at any time
