In House Training and Bespoke Programmes

In-house or bespoke training, either as a one-off or a whole programme offers you two key benefits:

Improving your performance in a tailored, context specific way

We will develop a programme based entirely around the needs of your organisation of specific objectives you have, allowing you to benefit from development where every aspect is designed to improve your performance specifically, meaning:

Reducing your training & development costs

You benefit from a lower cost per head for your training, allowing you to spend your savings in other areas that would benefit your organisation, or simply engage more people in the development process.

A single days training typically costs just £1,650 + VAT for up to 20 people, possibly more, and this drops with the volume of work you engage us to do. A whole developmental programme could be delivered with significant further savings. The cost advantage of this to the organisation cannot be underestimated:
Thus, 20 people independently booking onto a Time Management Course would typically cost £6,200 [20 x £235 fees + 20 x £75 average travel] whereas in-house this would be just £1,650 + a single set of expenses & your in-house catering cost. There’s just no comparison. If you’re training any more than 6 people then it works out cheaper to bring us in-house!

What can we do?

Everyone’s requirements are different but typically we can: We can run anything from a single day for 8 people through to a whole organisational programme for 8,000 – that’s pretty broad!

There's a world of possibilities so we'd be delighted to present you with some of our ideas and discuss how we can help reduce your training costs, extend your training reach, drive better performance, reduce staff turnover, sickness & absenteeism and so much more.
