Andrew has a senior management background across healthcare encompassing pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices and training! An energetic leadership, management & personal performance specialist, his particular fortes include leadership development for senior health service staff, including consultants, clinical directors & boards, management development across all levels of health service staff, with an emphasis on alignment with key organisational goals and resolving complex challenges, including low morale, significant change, disengagement, conflict, clinical/managerial divides, inertia and crises.

Nicolas leads our committed front line team of Bronywn Gillespie and Sarah Coyne whom are dedicated to providing exceptional service and administration support to each and every one of our valued customers. Having gained a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Derby he is an articulate communicator with considerable writing skills. Possessing a highly creative nature he also works alongside Andrew Vincent on business development and tendering projects.

Web Development & IT

Andy is a true whizz when it comes to the web, with expertise in databasing, web design and much more. Having trained at Nottingham University where he gained a Degree in Computing & Electronics, he now manages all IT infrastructure, systems and web. His favorite T-shirt says "No, I'm not fixing your computer", although he always does.
