Customer Services

Customer service excellence is paramount to Medicology and we see it as an important component of ensuring the highest possible success for your project. Equally, you have a day job that is more important than administering programme participants. Our approach is to take over the management and coordination of events to allow you to concentrate on your more important work. Medicology has a dedicated Customer Services Team consisting of:

From capture of a single talk in sound and vision to creation of learning materials involving the highest quality of video results, our in-house film expert is Jim Moore.

Dean Kellogg BA (Hons) - Business Development Manager & Head of Conferences

With insight and experience in a range of functions Dean now leads all Medicology Conferences & Business Development projects. Our popular In House Training keeps him extremely busy as people increasingly see the benefits of how Medicology can deliver accurate solutions to the specific needs of a department or organisation. Our conferences act as a great source to meet new people and develop new relationships with our associates, whilst also offering essential and cost effective insight to all of our delegates.

Sian Parrott BA (Hons) – Special Projects Manager

At Medicology we strive to explore all possibilities of improving peoples performance. Helping expand our reach and knowledge, Sian leads Medicology’s Special Projects. She recently launched NHS Training Bulletin, Medicology Morale Testing Instrument and Clinical Joint Ventures. Sian has many other new and exciting projects on the horizon which she will be launching soon.
